It was a special night at Easy Art Space on 27th August. The ArtSommelier introduced Eszter Harazdy’s art photographies and we also supported a good cause, animal rescue. We had the pleasure to welcome actress Katica Nagy, who delivered a special opening speech as one of the Harazdy-models.

„I can still see myself sitting in my room as a teenager and everything is wallpapered with photos of famous actresses and models. I was surrounded by Elizabeth Taylor, Angelina Jolie, Cindy Crawford, Brigitte Bardot, Monica Bellucci, Laetitia Casta and I was enchanted by the diversity of femininity. Humor, strength, capriciousness, subtlety, eroticism… A few years passed when, as the scion of a musical family, I majored in opera and I found myself at the music academy and the period of strictly practicing and classroom lessons began to feel suffocating. A click with one of my classmates started my love for photography, which has only grown stronger since then.
Freedom, mild absurdity, speed, feminine strength, fragility, humor, play of contrasts… All of this has become my trademark. My motto is: „The situation is hopeless, but not serious.” Life is finite, therefore hopeless. So don’t take it too seriously! Not even ourselves… Every day we are flooded with depressing news on every available platform, now, I feel, we need something to make us smile, to transport us to the light world of black and white Italian films or to find beauty in its noble simplicity.
I love the beautiful, the true, the authentic, the unruly, the vulnerable. This is HARAZDY.”
